Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Quantum Creations ("we") for the GoBeyond app. By creating an account or subscribing you accept them.

Your subscription

• GoBeyond is a paid app: after the free trial, an active subscription is required to use it. Prices are shown in the app before you subscribe.
• Subscriptions are billed and auto-renewed by Google Play or the App Store on their terms. Cancel anytime in your store subscription settings; access continues to the end of the paid period. Refunds are handled by the stores under their policies.
• If your subscription lapses, your data is not deleted — you can still export it, delete your account, or resubscribe and continue exactly where you left off.

Your content

Everything you create in GoBeyond — habits, journal entries, recordings, affirmations — is yours. We claim no ownership and use it only to operate the service for you, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Fair use

Don't attempt to break, overload, or reverse the service, resell access, or use AI features to generate unlawful or harmful content. AI features have fair-use limits shown in the app.

Service & liability

We work hard to keep GoBeyond reliable, but it is provided "as is" without warranties; to the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before a claim. Nothing here limits rights that consumer law gives you and that cannot be waived.

Ending the agreement

You can end it anytime by deleting your account. We may suspend accounts that break these terms, with notice where practicable.
